While it may sound like an odd combination, the chilli in this smoothies gives a great kick to this deliciously tropical snack.
Preparation Time: 5 mins; Serves 1
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango pieces
- 1/3 cup low fat greek yoghurt (frozen is better)
- 3/4 cup of your choice of milk (I choose almond milk for a light nutty finish)
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Your choice of toppings (I chose chopped mango, almond pieces, desiccated coconut and a little extra chilli powder)
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Place into a small bowl and add your toppings
